Finding a balance key for 2019 city budget – councillors

Several city councillors who attended a municipal budget input session say balance will be the key when council deliberates its 2019 budget.
While the Wednesday evening event only saw a handful of taxpayers attend to participate in the budget conversation, the message was clear, said veteran Ward 4 Coun. Rick Niro.
“The message was not new. It reinforced that council needs to be different things for different people,” he said. “While someone’s priorities may be repairing
