Festival of Beer serves many samples

Several dozen beers can be sampled at the eighth annual SSM Festival of Beer.Canadian Bushplane Heritage Museum hosts the LopLops event on May 11, a release says.Several breweries from Northern Ontario, including New Ontario, Lake of the Woods, Whisky Jacks and Sleeping Giant, will be featured.Beers can be sampled in two, four and eight ounce servings from 1 to 7 p.m.The Gasoline Gypsies perform at about 9 p.m.Day pass is $35.
