Downtown fire's cause can't be pinpointed: OFM

A major downtown fire in late January started on the second floor of a building, but arson isn’t suspected, an Ontario Fire Marshal investigator says.The blaze began in the early morning of Jan. 31 at 224 Queen St. E.
