Dog found with beach ball-sized mass

A canine was found dragging a large tumour-like mass when an Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals inspector checked on the animal’s well-being at a Sault Ste. Marie residence last September.A female, Boxer-type dog was found in poor condition. A vascular mass, weighing more than four kilograms, was on the animal’s anus, a release says. The growth had sores on its surface due to being dragged on the ground. The dog also suffered from dermatitis and ear infections.
