Diwali celebrated

BRIAN KELLY/Sault Star Vishal Hingladiya presents food during BAPS Swaminarayan Satsang Mandal, Sault Ste. Marie’s celebration of Diwali at White Pines Collegiate and Vocational School on Saturday. Two hundred and sixty plates of food and 60 glasses of juice were offered. None of the items featured meat or eggs. Food ranged from appetizers (gota), entrees (vegetable curries) and dessert (ladu).
