Cycling path and link to P-Patch part of Northern Avenue project

An environmental assessment is now complete, paving the way for the city to move forward with a plan to improve traffic flow on Northern Avenue.
City council received the final report as information Monday.
The recommendations of the preferred alternative can be completed in two separate projects, as money is available, council was told.
