Concerns raised as fewer candidates, lower turnout expected for municipal elections

Ontario voters head to the polls on Oct 26 to elect their municipal government, but they may not have as many candidates to choose from.The Association of Municipalities of Ontario raised the red flag four years ago during the last municipal elections.
