City landfill to open Saturdays

City of Sault Ste. Marie’s Household Hazardous Waste Depot, 402 Fifth Line E., opened for the season on Monday, July 13.Additionally, the city landfill will remain open on Saturdays starting this weekend, July 18.
Hours of operation are Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., July 13 to Oct. 24. Closing date is tentative, says a media release.
