Choose next chief ‘wisely’: outgoing leader

PRINCE TOWNSHIP — After serving seven years as chief of the Prince Township Volunteer Fire Dept., Ed Haley resigned.
But in his final report to council, Haley made several recommendations on how the township might “revitalize” the 17-member department.
The cost of implementing all his suggestions could reach $125,000.
