Business keeps growing after Queen Street opening

Aaron Craig and Tammy Paterson are coming up on their one-year anniversary of helping Sault Ste. Marie residents satisfy their sweet tooth from their Queen Street bakery and cafe, The Queen’s Tarts.
Paterson began selling butter tarts several years ago when she decided to travel to Kenya for a Habitat for Humanity global village build and needed to do some fundraising for the trip. Since that first trip, Paterson has gone on six more, using her baking skills to fund each of them.
