Breaking: Tenaris issues pick slips

Tenaris will lay off about 95 employees at its Sault Ste. Marie seamless pipe mill effective Feb. 4, the company said.
The Sault Ste. Marie operation will also temporarily suspend operations for a two-week period in March in order to perform regular annual maintenance.
A temporary suspension of operations for six to eight weeks beginning in March will also take place at its Alberta plant.
