Boardwalk brawl sees teens charged

Police charged two 16-year-olds and a 17-year-old Saturday with two counts of assault.Around 8:30 p.m., 911 Communicators received a report of a disturbance involving youth on the boardwalk on St. Mary’s River Drive.
