Bay Street work nears an end

Construction on Bay Street is well on its way to completion, despite a setback that turned the work from a one-year job to a two-year job.
Carl Rumiel, the city’s manager of design and transportation engineering, said the work on Bay St. was supposed to be completed last year, but delays receiving locates of underground infrastructure led the city to phase the construction over two years.
