Barris honoured for air raid book

The author of a recently released book detailing a Second World War air raid that included Sault Ste. Marie native David Rodger is the recipient of Royal Canadian Air Force Association’s NORAD Trophy.
Ted Barris penned Dam Busters: Canadian Airmen and the Secret Raid Against Nazi Germany, released by HarperCollins, earlier this year.He was recognized at Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton, Ont., earlier this month, a release says.The trophy recognizes significant contributions to
