Arts groups talk summer festivals

Three arts groups host an open house to promote August festivals to be held downtown.
Fringe North, Arts Council of Algoma and #upthearts meet with the public April 9 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Downtown Association at 496 Queen St. E.Fringe North runs Aug. 8 to 18, while #upthearts is scheduled for Aug. 8 to 11, a release says.
