Albert Sewell gets conditional sentence

A Batchewana First Nation man who pointed a shotgun at several people during a confrontation at Gong Lake last summer was given a six-month conditional sentence.Albert Sewell, 62, will have to be at his residence between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. daily and attend anger management counselling, Ontario Court Justice Melanie Dunn ruled Friday.He must also give a DNA sample and is prohibited from having firearms for five years, except to hunt to sustain his family.
