A well-off city? No — but it has a kind heart

I’ve alluded to this in the past, but because it’s still the holiday season and I’m still feeling all sentimental, I want to make sure that everyone reading is aware of something.
No matter what our city’s failings might be, no matter what you might think of Sault Ste. Marie or its residents, it is important to me that everybody knows: ours is such an amazingly generous community in times of need, with people always ready to help out how they can.
