A good move by the Ford government

I am no fan of the Ford government. That comes as no surprise to anyone; I’ve made that pretty clear. But I was pleasantly surprised when I saw on March 3 that Health Minister Christine Elliott announced the development of a new “Mindability” program aimed at providing mental health services.
My praise for the planned program is tempered by a hesitation to believe that Doug Ford won’t manage to mess up the roll-out of the program, as he has done with so many (maybe all?)
