Wrongful dismissal trial begins for former CUC managers

Five years after it was filed, a wrongful dismissal lawsuit involving two long-term senior managers at Saskatoon’s Credit Union Centre (CUC) has gone to trial. 
A Queen’s Bench judge will decide if CUC (renamed SaskTel Centre in 2014) had just cause for firing Brian Swidrovich, former director of business development and sponsorship, and Will Antonishyn, former director of ticketing and finance, over a trip to Arizona in October 2011.
