Woman hospitalized for hiding meth in body during arrest released from custody
A Saskatoon woman who was hospitalized last week after being charged with possessing methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking concealed some of the drugs in her body prior to her arrest, court heard.
Teresa Marguerite Tootoosis appeared in Saskatoon provincial court on Thursday and was released from custody. The federal Crown consented to her release on several conditions, including that she not use drugs and abide by a curfew.
