Woman charged with impaired driving after reported hit-and-run

A 19-year-old woman suffered minor injuries and a 30-year-old woman is facing impaired driving charges following what police said was a hit-and-run on Monday morning.
At roughly 2 a.m. on July 30, police were called to the intersection of 24th Street East and Wall Street after witnesses reported a woman in a green mini van left a night club and hit a nearby parked car, according to a police news release.
