Wine World: Sometimes you want predictable wine

I’ve noticed over the years, most Beemer and Audi owners are relatively young. Parents, if they want luxury, tend to pick boring brands like Lexus, or even more likely Buick.
It takes a few years, but sooner or later everybody learns you don’t always need “the best”; often “good enough” is just fine.
