White-powder call forces traffic restrictions around City Hall

Motorists and members of the public are asked to avoid 4th Avenue as well as 23rd and 24th Street as police and firefighters are investigating a white, powdery substance was found in a doorway at Saskatoon City Hall.
Traffic restrictions are in place in both detractions and a police news release indicates traffic will be “disrupted significantly” for roughly 60 minutes as emergency services investigate.
