Weather for Tuesday: Wind warning and a high of 20 C

Tuesday might look like it’s shaping up to be a warm, sunny day in the city, but intense gusting winds will likely put a bit of a damper on any October sunbathing plans. 
In the morning, skies are forecast to be clear and sunny as temperatures hit a high of 20 C — nine degrees warmer than the seasonal average. Wind gusting out of the southwest between 30-60 kilometres per hour are also expected to hit the city around the noon hour.
