Weather for Tuesday: Mainly cloudy with a high of 23 C

According to the Environment Canada forecast, Saskatoon is in for a gloomy looking Tuesday. 
In the morning, skies are expected to be mainly cloudy, bringing along a 60 per cent chance of rain with winds gusting out of the west at speeds of 40-60 kilometres per hour. Afternoon temperatures are forecast to reach a high of 23 C. 
Wind gusts will slow in the evening to 20 kilometres per hour as skies clear and the low hits 9 C.
