Weapons/K9 Apprehension - 20th St. E & First Ave. S

One man is facing a number of charges after attempting to flee from Police last night.At approximately 7:00 p.m., August 25, 2020, Patrol members observed a man standing on the sidewalk near 20th Street East and First Avenue South. He appeared to be threatening another individual with a can of bear spray. Officers observed a brief foot chase between the two individuals, before the suspect returned without the bear spray.
