Weapons Call- Clark Cr/Stephenson Cr

On September 6, 2020 at 3:10p.m., a patrol officer attempted to speak with a male riding a bicycle on the sidewalk at 8th St E and Circle Dr. E.The male refused to stop for the officer and was followed to the intersection of Clark Crescent and Stephenson Crescent.  It was at this time the male pulled out a handgun and pointed it several times at the officer before throwing it on the ground.  The male then continued on his bicycle before coming to a stop in the 100blk Clark Crescent.&nb
