Weapon Dangerous - 1300 Block 20th St West

A 23 year old man from Saskatoon is in custody after a disturbance on Christmas Eve  at approximately 7: 30 p.m.  in the 1300 block of 20th St West. The 23 yr old man was reported to be running in traffic by St Paul's hospital.  Officers checked the area and were directed to a group of people in the 1300 Block of 20th Street.Officers observed the man inside the entrance of an apartment building with a long kitchen knife.  The officers demanded he drop the knife and after
