The Saskatoon SPCA has many animals waiting to be adopted into loving homes.
As a regular video feature, The Saskatoon StarPhoenix is teaming up with the SPCA to feature an Adoptable Pet of the Week.
Today SPCA Education and Public Relations Coordinator Jasmine Hanson introduces ‘Edgar,’ a 16-week old tabby cat.
