Wall led Saskatchewan through big changes, Saskatoon mayor says

Saskatchewan became a global player under the leadership of Premier Brad Wall, Saskatoon Mayor Charlie Clark says.
The partnership between the province and its largest city also helped transform Saskatoon thanks to provincial money for major infrastructure projects, Clark said in an interview Thursday.
Wall announced he was retiring from politics after a decade as premier Thursday. 
“Saskatchewan’s role in the world has changed in the last 10 years,” Clark said.
