Vision Zero more than a slogan, Canada rep advises Saskatoon

The executive director of Vision Zero Canada supports a new approach to traffic safety by the City of Saskatoon, but only if it’s implemented properly.
“There are a lot of minefields when you try to roll this out,” Graham Larkin said in an interview Tuesday. “I’ve never seen it done right in Canada, so here we go again.”
