USMCA will be ratified in U.S. by July, ambassador MacNaughton predicts

Canadian Ambassador to the United States David MacNaughton said he’s ‘ecstatic’ that the White House decided to lift tariffs on steel and aluminum, and he expects the new NAFTA deal to become official this summer.
