UPDATE: Missing Person Located - Mr. Earl Ballard

Mr. Earl Ballard has been located by a member of Saskatoon Search and Rescue (SSAR) and is safe and sound.   The Saskatoon Police Service would once again like to thank SSAR for their invaluable expertise, help and contribution to community safety.  In this case numerous volunteers from SSAR responded to the request for assistance and once again the case is concluded with a successful outcome. You can read more about SSAR at:  saskatoonsearchandrescue
