UPDATE: Collision - Highway 5 & 41

The scene of the collision, which occurred at 3:30 p.m., October 10, 2017, has been cleared and regular traffic flow has resumed.The minivan was found to have been traveling south-bound on Highway 41 before attempting to turn east onto Highway 5. The semi was traveling east on Highway 5 when it struck the minivan. The driver of the minivan, an 83 year old man, was charged with Fail to Yield right of way. He and his passenger were transported to hospital with minor injuries. T
