Update - Body Recovered from the River

Yesterday evening, the body of a 25-year-old man was recovered from the river near the area of the Broadway Bridge. The man has been identified and his family has been notified. Police will not be releasing his name. An autopsy was conducted this morning and based on the results, it has been determined that foul play was not involved. The investigation is now with the Office of the Chief Coroner of Saskatchewan.(Occurrence Number: 18-43745)
