Update - Arrest - Assault - 21st St. E & 1st Ave. S

One person has been charged following an investigation into an assault from March 2025. At approximately 11:00 a.m., March 13, 2025, patrol officers were dispatched to 21st Street East and 1st Avenue South for a reported assault-in-progress. Upon arrival, officers located a 64-year-old male victim who was transported to hospital with minor injuries. Further investigation identified one of the suspects, who was located and arrested; the 14-year-old is charged with Assault.
