U of S launches first-of-its kind Gladue Rights Research Database
A new database launched by the University of Saskatchewan is being called the first of its kind in Canada.
Called the Gladue Rights Research Database, the database will help ensure the Gladue rights of Indigenous people are “fully accounted for during sentencing,” according to a University of Saskatchewan news release.
