U of S athletes golden at Sled Dog Open

University of Saskatchewan Huskies track and field athletes earned medals in 27 different events at their own Sled Dog Open at the Saskatoon Field House on the weekend.
Leadon Chartier (pole vault), Julianne Labach (1,000- and 600-metres), Amy Severtson (3,000-metres) and Renee Kennedy (long jump) stood atop the podium for the Huskie women.  Josh Websdale (pole vault),  Cole Fry (weight throw) and the 4 X 400-metre relay team won gold medals on the men’s side.
