Two weekend homicides brings Saskatoon's 2018 total to eight

Two weekend deaths have pushed the number of homicides in Saskatoon so far this year to eight.
Saskatoon police said Sunday they have identified the victim found in an apartment building in the Pleasant Hill neighbourhood Saturday morning as a 23-year-old male.
Police have yet to reveal any details about a male found Friday night in the hallway of a downtown apartment high-rise, but they do not believe the two cases to be related.
