Two-time killer, escapee Terrance Bear released again

The last time Terrance Vincent Bear was released from a federal prison to live in a halfway house, he signed himself out on his first day and remained at large for about two months.
His taste of freedom ended after he barricaded himself inside his mother’s home, eventually firing a gun in the general direction of RCMP officers who had the place surrounded. No one was injured.
