Two charged after 'high-risk' traffic stop on Tuesday

Two men are facing charges after they were found to be in possession of drugs and a stolen vehicle on Tuesday afternoon.
On Sept. 18, at roughly 3:10 p.m., officers observed a stolen, red 2004 Dodge Ram truck driving in the area of Avenue I North and 33rd Street West.Police used a tire deflation device to stop the vehicle and a high-risk traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Avenue P North and 29th Street West.Three people in the truck were arrested without incident.
