Two Arrested - Unlawful Confinement - 1300 block 20th Street West

Two people are in custody and an arrest warrant has been requested for a third following an incident in which a man was unlawfully confined and assaulted on the weekend.At approximately 8:30 a.m., January 14, 2018, Police were called to a home in the 1300 block of 20th Street West in regard to a disturbance.  Inside they located a 64 year old man inside who had been tied to a chair and beaten.  They also located two suspects at the residence, a 23 year old man and a 29 year old woman.&
