Two Arrested - CEW Deployment - 400 block Ave C South

Two men are facing charges following an assault and subsequent CEW deployment by Police.At approximately 3:30 a.m., February 21, 2018, Police received a report that two persons were being assaulted at a residence in the 400 block of Avenue C South.  Responding officers located two suspects nearby.  A 39 year old male was arrested without incident.  The second man, a 35 year old, was confrontational and combative with officers.  A conducted energy weapon was deployed and the m
