Truck crashes into power pole after driver flees from police

One man was arrested and another is being sought by police after a truck evaded officers and struck a tree and power pole early Monday morning. 
The incident started at 12:10 a.m. when police attempted to stop a 2007 GMC Sierra truck near the intersection of Briarwood Road and Beechdale Crescent for having a stolen license plate. The vehicle refused to stop and fled at a high rate of speed.
