Train-semi collision derails 3 locomotives

A semi truck driver is facing charges after his unit was struck by a Canadian Pacific train Monday.
Saskatoon RCMP said in a release the driver was attempting to cross the tracks at a fertilizer plant in Elstow, Sask. southeast of Saskatoon when he was struck around 11:50 a.m.
The train was pulling 75 mixed cars with four locomotives.
