Traffic Retrictions - Northbound - Hwy 11 at Circle Drive overpass

Police and emergency crews are on the scene of a collision between a semi-tractor unit and the Circle Drive East overpass  at Hwy 11, (south entrance/exit) to the city.  Northbound traffic is moving extremely slowly as there is debris on the highway.  An updated release will be issued when the scene is cleaned up and  traffic returns to normal. There are no reported injuries related to the incident.(Occurrence Number: 17-111589)
