Traffic restrictions lifted - Multi-vehicle Collision - Circle Drive West And Avenue C North

Traffic restrictions have been lifted at the scene of a multi-vehicle collision earlier this morning. Shortly after 8:00 a.m., December 19, 2019, emergency crews responded to a collision at Circle Drive West and Avenue C North. Initially it was believed that six vehicles were involved but after responding Police determined there were only four.
