Tories want PM to testify on ethics breach

In the middle of a parliamentary break, the House of Commons Ethics Committee is set to hold two meetings: one to discuss calling on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to testify on him being found in contravention of federal ethics rules, and the second, to hear from the commissioner who found him to have breached the Conflict of Interest Act.
