'Team builder' Jorgenson Saskatoon's new city manager

Jeff Jorgenson will stay put in the city manager’s chair he has occupied for the last five months.
Jorgenson was named the new city manager Monday by city council, taking over on a permanent basis for Murray Totland, who left in December.
Jorgenson’s five-year contract, which kicks in on June 1, starts at a salary of $256,000, but includes performance and retention bonuses.
