Tank: Opportunities missed to level civic election playing field

Finding folks on social media frustrated by the feeling Saskatoon city council has stopped listening to the people has proved quite easy this last year.
That’s frequently followed by a like-minded chorus of people who agree it’s time to vote the bums out in the next election.
Whether the issue is backyard fires, trash collection user fees, bike lanes or lower residential speed limits, the perception of a council that has tuned out the people’s voices lingers.
